It was bait and switch for sure! I accepted a part-time job because I already have other work. In the first week of training, we were told on Wednesday it was mandatory we work a 6th day, all day Saturday. Those who couldn't, well they would have to catch up on...

Teletech Work Experience Review from Ennis, Texas

Stay away from Teletech! This company could care less about their employees, and the members. All they care about is business. No raises what so ever! This company is a complete joke. The "supervisors" are all lazy bastards, and ignore and talk about you behind your back. After a year there i'm finally able to go to another job where I feel valued and appreciated for the awesome work I do. So take my advice STAY AWAY FROM TELETECH!

I interviewed twice and didn't get into the training class until after over a month. I was hired for technical support and was told that after training($9/hour) my salary would go up to 10.00/hour. After one week of training out of the two weeks we agreed upon, I was...

Teletech as a company is ok. The people in hr„aqusition„clinic etc are ok.I agree that some or most bosses are doing things to get you fired.I was a victim. I was also being bullied by my co employee and istead of defending me„ they even laugh with them.I dont know who...

Was hired in to TeleTech via a bait and switch. Started off being told that the project was payroll. Turns out it was health care savings accounts and commuter accounts. We got a total of 2 weeks worth of training on FSA's and HCSA's - not nearly enough time to learn...

I have 7 years of call center experience, in brick and mortar and work at home settings. I spent five and a half years with Convergys, who were ok but too big to care much about individuals.

Not to mention the wage freeze from '09 to '13 stuck in my craw. I currently work at teleNetwork and I have to say they're hands down the best I've ever worked for.

Guthy-Renker out of NC sucks. That's just my two cents' worth.

First the ad is misleading. You may not be able to work 25-30 hours a week and the schedule isn't flexible. When I signed on I learned that I would be working for Best Buy rewards program. I learned last week that since they were short staffed that we were to learn...

First don't be fooled by the ad stating the amount of hours you can work a week and that the scheduling is flexible. It's flexible if you can get someone to switch with you and as I found out today what my schedule was no one wanted to switch. Why? Because my schedule...

Next time, if you try Teletech, go for the Intuit TurboTax program, they are a lot more flexible and the training is way better. I have heard reviews from employees that worked the best buy program and its all bad reviews. Teletech is cool, its the right client you have to apply for.

TeleTech is a corrupt and unfair employer. One of my friends got coached because his accent was too strong. He speaks perfect English but he was born in Mexico and they said he needed to work on sounding better. The team leads or supervisors talk to you like you're a...

I think you mean "Sup Call" as in "Supervisor call".
