Teletech fires its veteran employees for things not in there control. We are not allowed to give back fees or you get fired and they send the customer a survey and the customer fills it out because they are pissed because you just charged them $140 in fees and they...

Worst company to work for. This company sucks. Your schedule hours are never concrete. They would give you hours and take it away in a heart beat. So that means you have to keep checking hours all day to see if anything changed and it takes about five minutes to log...

For this to be a work at home it has none of the pros that people look for when working from home. There is absolutely no schedule flexibility, the training is purely pathetic, my trainer talked so much about irrelevant things that I stopped paying attention all...

In the two years that I worked for teletech I never once received a raise! There is no option for sick days, time-off or vacation days. I had 4 supervisors in those two years and their management skills were not consistent. After two years, the company decided to put...

I thought that this would be a good job, be at home no commuting. So I found out the first day they were very unorganized, and they would leave you hanging for hours before they would tell you to call back to setup. They had several at a time on the line trying to get...

In the early stages of your online application they have you check a box for your minimum pay requirements. I checked $10.50 - $11.00 per hour. It takes about three hours to go through the first round of assessment testing. Then you have an automated "interview" where...

TeleTech - Could Tele Tech Handle There Scandle

i want to believe that tele tech has much to offer, but am some what doubtful. all i want to do is work and advance in any job i'm in. should i apply and take the word for it or learn my rights in mexico before i apply then if they do me wrong i can take legal messure so that they wont ever take advantage of another worker again. we do have rights dont give up. they think they can get away with it but God can handle your situation if you gave Him control of your life or situation. May God Bless You.

I busted my *** for teletech, even going so far as to be made a permanent employee. They immediately started screwing with my insurance benefits. First they removed my wife with no reason, then my son (causing me to be in violation of a court order), and every time I...
