The idea of working from home, helping customers, and receiving a pay check is the best concept of work for me. However, was just so frustrated, the TL is just so unfair, and its unfortunate the only person the agents have to turn to is the team lead, no open access to a manager, just your team lead.

So if the team lead is not effective there is no one you can go to and grieve your issue to, but the TL. The only time I heard from the TL is when it was time to get in trouble.

They speak to you as if your a child, almost a little *** it seems, and its very hard to be productive when you are constantly being threatened with termination. Its almost as if the team leads are sabotaging agents jobs, by telling them wrong and forever changing info, and then when you comply, or relay their direction, the blame is on you, the agents are accountable for all things that go wrong, if a customer calls angry with best buy, though you just came in contact with the customer its still the agents fault, if the system various apps crash, freeze whatever, its the agents fault, if you ask a Team lead for direction and they give you the wrong direction, and it ends up bad...its the agents fault...its very stressful and frustrating because as mentioned before the concept of this job was perfect for me.
