UP TO NOW, I still dont have my 33,333php that I should have because of Teletech Roxas. Ive been an employee of teletech Roxas in Moa, Pasay.

I got pregnant and of course, as per the law. If you are employed, you should submit your documents like MAT1 to your HR, So they can file it online for you to receive a sss claim/reimbursement after giving birth. I passed mat1 tonmy HR, it was accepted online. HOWEVER, i have resigned even before my due date to give birth.

Which Is december. Around august, I went back for clearance and to complete the requirements as a separated employee who would claim all the sss benefits for maternity. It was signed by the HR STAFF and all. After I gave birth, I visited SSS to consult what to do next.

They said everything is good, but, The person who signed my papers are not authorized with Sss. ( they have the list of authorized person from that Company ). So, i headed back to TELETECH, ASKED my papers to be signed by whoever is authorized person as per sss staff, I talked to GIGI the head or supervisor of HR. She said that she cannot sign any papers becoz, it has now to be addressed with the former employee support portal.

She gave me the email address and all that online links I need . So I emailed them, explained my self expecting a fast response, but then nothing happened. After few months, I went back to teletech, I said, I did not receive any reply. She said shes gonna check.

Theres a reply but i did not receive that on my email, I even showed her that I never got any reply. On that email it says, Upon carefully checking our records, we have seen that you were able to receive your Mat-1 claim Cash Advance. However, the cash advance was not deducted from your final pay. Thus, we cannot provide a certificate of Non cash advance, as well as the L501 form and your Maternity documents.

We can offer you two options for that, one is that you can submit the lacking documents for your Mat-2 claim so that we can process the reimbursement of the Maternity claim. We will then notify you once we receive the reimbursement so that you can claim the second half of your Maternity claim. The second option is to provide an Authority to deduct form for us to be able to deduct the Mat-1 claim from your final pay for us to be able to process the requested Certificate of Non Cash Advance. -- I dont really understand.

Because I never receive any single cent from them. I only received 8k pesos when I resigned for my back pay. It is 33,333php for the total amount that I should receive, so Im expecting atleast 15k, on top of my 8k backpay. I did everything just to get a proof that I didnt receive anything.

Even downloaded a bank statement as a proof i did not receive any money. Its been 3yrs now, and Im still confused of what to do. When I go back to teletech, tehy would just refer me to an email support that doesnt work. If with Sss, they would ask me to sign my papers to whoever authorized person they have recorded on file for teletech HR.

the person who signed my paperw according to Gigi, at that time is already resigned. I am ready to file a case with this COMPANY.

Hi I am a former employee too of teletech cebu. Please share what's the email address of the person in teletech HC that you contacted in assisting you in getting the certificate of non cash advance for maternity benefit and form L501?

Please reply link also will help. Thanks I am almost due already.

Same here. I am experiencing the same thing now its almost a month for the request and they said thru the web portal for ex employees of teletech that they will procee right away but until now L501 is not processed, no update and no one's to contact what is happening I just needed the L501. Damn!
